an item is reviewed and evaluated in terms of its current condition as it relates
to comparable properties of the same age. This approach has been proven both
fair and practical.

representation and snapshot view for an easy-to-read analysis that can be provided
to you on-site or if you are unable to join us during the inspection we can
forward it to you in an electronic format.
