"Jared is not only experienced at what he does, he loves it. I wish professionals in other fields had the same attention to detail and skill that he does. He caught hard to see things from deadbolts not locking fully to non-visible things like a small water leak that would have caused interior damage to walls.

Not only does Jared know his field, he is able to explain everything in layman's terms for even the first-time home buyer and documents/photographs everything! In photographs, he even uses his thumb to relatively size damages; this tells me he really cares about his customers.

Throughout the inspection, Jared taught me things to watch out for in maintaining a house and provided me with a booklet including a final walk-through checklist and home-operation/maintenance guide. These resources, in addition to his inspection report, have been invaluable. If I ever moved again in the area I'd definitely go with Jared again!"
