You will be given a comprehensive report and descriptive overview of the condition of the home's components from roof to basement. The home inspection also includes a 90 day guarantee, life time consulting services and 100+ page maintenance booklet at no additional charge. Same day reporting is available if requested. The report is computer generated and includes color pictures. Reports can be emailed to all parties involved.
