You are invited and strongly encouraged to accompany our inspector through your home. You will be given a comprehensive computer generated report and descriptive overview of the condition of the home's components at the time of inspection.
Our handsome and sturdy 3 ring binder has been conveniently packaged to offer you easy access to specific documents pertaining to the transaction process and beyond. Every binder includes: a comprehensive home inspection report, a 95 page Home Reference Guide, and other resourceful tools.
Our home inspection will be performed in accordance with the Standards of practice of The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and the inspector will use the 3-D Property Inspection Report to report the findings. A typical home inspection will take approximately 3 hours depending on the size and complexity of the home and includes the roof, attic, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, exterior, grounds, interior, and appliances. We will prepare the report on site if it can be done in a timely manner otherwise it will be faxed, emailed, or available for download from the web within 24 hours.
