Meet Your BrickKicker Team
Franchise Owner / Inspector
As a St. Louis native and a prior small business owner, Craig Foshee found the opportunity to own a The BrickKicker franchise as a way to give back to his friends of the community. The BrickKicker name isn’t unfamiliar to the locals as Michael Chambers, prior owner for several years, has decided to sell his business and mentor Craig through the transaction process.
Craig obtained his inspection training through American Home Inspection Training (AHIT) and earned his Residential Building Consultant (RBC) title by completing his franchise training through The BrickKicker University. Helping others get educated on their new home is what really drives Craig’s passion and as a homeowner since 1995, Craig can share first hand his own personal experiences many clients are sure to benefit from.
The inspection reports are done same day or worst case by the next morning, and inspections are performed Monday thru Friday. The office hours or availability via phone is Monday thru Saturday 8 AM to 8 PM. As a strong supporter of the men and women who serve the country, a 10% discount on the inspection fee only will be applied to all service members. Cash and Check are currently the only accepted forms of payment, however with some new integrations in the near future, all forms of payment will be accepted.
Craig, when not running his business and helping others, he is spending time with his wife and two sons. Family is important to Craig and his family values will show in how he manages his business.
Your St. Louis BrickKicker has over 25 years of engineering, management, and quality control experience, both in manufacturing and industry, and in residential applications as well. A graduate of Hancock High School, this Air Force veteran is also a graduate of Washington University's School of Engineering.
In addition to the rigorous training Mike received through the Inspection Technology Institute, he has also been a nationally certified residential radon tester, and is an Associate Member of ASHI (The American Society of Home Inspectors), and stays up-to-date through their Continuing Education program on a regular basis.
He takes great pride in the thoroughness of his reports (which always include a lot of detailed photos), and his ability to work with clients, helping them to understand his findings and the options they have available to them. His goal is to always make his home inspections a positive experience for both his clients and their agents.

Condo / Townhome
Condominium and Townhome units typically fall under some sort of management, however that doesn't mean The BrickKicker won't be there to guide you through the makeup of the building, how things work and where. Generally, a condo is one unit within a larger building which has full coverage or control on exterior items, whereas a Townhome is owned with control of the exterior and interior given to the owner of the unit.Learn More
Generally, a multi-unit building is considered to have individual residences contained within one building. Under typical industry standards, a multi-unit building with 4 or less units is residential, while 5 units or more is classified as commercial. Regardless of the size of the building, The BrickKicker knows how to navigate these buildings and understands the methods used in which to maintain or run a multi-unit building.Learn More

Radon is a cancer-causing, radioactive gas. The Surgeon General has warned that radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer, killing 21,000 people per year in the United States. You cannot see, smell or taste radon, however, when you breathe air containing radon, you increase your risk of getting lung cancer. Testing is the only way to find out your home’s radon levels. The EPA and the Surgeon General recommend testing all homes for radon. If you find that there are high levels, the home can be fixed. Even very high levels of radon can be reduced to acceptable levels.
Many homes across the country are subject to shared occupancy with pest, mainly for shelter but others may use the home as a food source. It is only through a thorough and professional pest inspection that one can be confident any unwanted visitors do not set up shop within the home. These tests and inspections are often provided as a specific service through an outside professional source and considered beyond the scope of the standard inspection or home inspection license.
Most “New Construction” homes have undergone a rigorous municipal or code compliance inspection process, likely at least four “code” inspections. The BrickKicker new construction inspection goes beyond that, looking at the home for not only the functionality of the systems but those cosmetic and unfinished items as well. A new construction inspection will assist you with your Punch List creation and interpretation, helping to ensure your home is perfect before taking ownership.
