The BrickKicker of Central Oregon opened it's doors and started conducting inspections in 2004. The owner, David Brehm, has been involved in construction and home maintenance since he was a child, working with his grandfather who was a carpenter and a father who owned apartment buildings. During his 28 years in ministry, Mr. Brehm has been involved in constructing 2 churches, 3 schools and has built many orphanage buildings. As a chaplain with the Phoenix Fire Department, David has helped conduct fire and safety inspections for over five years. Mr. Brehm has conducted over 9,500 inspections in Central Oregon; he is known for his thoroughness, honesty and customer service.
Over the years, David has trained 11 men as home inspectors in Central Oregon and has kept two outstanding men to work for The BrickKicker under his leadership.
As a father of two son's and a full time inspector for The BrickKicker, Scott prides himself on the path he has chosen. He is a man of integrity, has amazing attention to detail and such characteristics are reflected in his inspection reports.
With years of electrical experiences, exceptional communication skills and an open personality, Jeff's customer skills have proven to be amazing. His passion is to help clients understand the inspection process and the findings which will help his clients make better buying decisions.

- You will receive his qualified opinion on the present condition, operation, and function of all major elements of the property.
- Once the inspection is complete, you will receive a comprehensive report with a descriptive overview (including pictures) of your home from the ground up.

An asbestos inspection is when a BrickKicker inspector comes to inspect a building or facility for the presence or location of asbestos material. Asbestos material is defined as material that contains greater than 1% asbestos. An asbestos inspection also includes re-examining a building or facility to identify the presence or location of additional asbestos, these inspections help protect you from from deadly diseases like mesothelioma.
Mold inspections are where our trained inspectors come to your home and look for any signs or future signs of mold. Previous mold may indicate problem with water, which will come back when conditions return such as a leak. Also it could cause some people to have allergic reactions.

Systems like: Heating, Plumbing, Electrical, Structural, Roof, Thermal and Weatherproofing all require certain standards be met. Every The BrickKicker inspector is HUD certified to provide the necessary documents for each one of these. There is no reason to call for one, two or every three different contractors to provide these documents.
