The BrickKicker Offers Quality Pool Inspections

The BrickKicker offers optional pool and spa inspection services to evaluate the current condition of all accessible pool components.
The inspection service consists of four phases to ensure a thorough evaluation of the property.

Placement & Protection

Phase 1 consists of determining the placement of the pool or spa to rule out any safety hazards. This Includes fencing, gates, screen enclosure, proximity to electrical wires, location of electrical outlets and placement to the home.

Vessel & Coping

Inspection includes the pool and deck surface condition (cracks, discoloration, and pitting) and the coping surrounding the pool area (open joints, cracking). Drains are also inspected for the presence of anti-vortex covers for safety concerns.


Includes the Inspection of pool/spa lights, the presence of GFCI devices, junction box condition & location, pumps, filters, piping, timers, disconnects, heaters, controls, accessories, skimmers and the examination of electrical bonding.

Equipment Operation

The Inspection process also includes the operation of the pump, leakage of the pool, proper skimming, verifying the functionality of the filtration system, heater activation, filter pressure and the operation of the spa blower.

Full Report on the Condition of Your Pool

Upon completion of the four phase inspection checklist, a detailed report will be generated. The report will include a summary of our findings and include general maintenance tips and also identify areas in need of attention.
